Cancellation Policy
Due to an increased amount of cancellations in recent weeks we have no other choice but to implement the below cancellation policy.
Cancel 2 days before your appointment – there will be a charge of £30
Cancel less than 2 days before your appointment - There will be a 50% charge of the original booking
Cancel on the day of your appointment - Full amount to be paid of the original booking
Going forward any future bookings require a non-refundable/transferable deposit. £20 for all colour appointments and £10 for all cut & finish appointments.
